"I called Brad at Spirit Title and Escrow because I was extremely frustrated with the information being provided (by the bank “approved” title company) during my refinance. He asked that I forward the paperwork to him for review. Within 30 minutes, he called back to say that the figures provided were not entirely out-of-line, and that he could save me a little money at closing. He was EXTREMELY honest when he said that if I dropped the bank approved title company at this point, the resulting aggravation from the mortgage company would probably not be worth the savings. I very much appreciated his fast response and candid comments. I regret that I did not know about Sprit Title and Escrow at the beginning of the refinance process. "I contacted numerous firms who do Title Search. I am very particular in who I select because I like things to be done right and to be provided service in a professional manner. I sent an email to Arlene at Title Search who proceeded to give me a quote for closing on two commercial units next to each other.
